US Friendly Online Casinos Are Smiling

Online casinos that continue to accept US bets are smiling upon hearing the rumors that the US legislation to regulate the online casino industry has been pushed back and it may not even come to a vote until early or mid 2011. The US government is still trying to work out the health care legislation as well as other legislation that is very important to Americans during this global financial crisis.

With so much on their plate, Congress may not find the extra time to vote in the House, the Senate, amend the two bills, and get it to the President’s desk by the end of this year. This is excellent news for the online casinos that still accept US bets, because they will continue to accept new US players with little competition. The US market is the juiciest of them all, and these online casinos will continue to acquire new US players with little advertising, investment, or competition.

Once the legislation passes the US Congress, the market will be flooded with Las Vegas casinos, and other prominent offshore online casinos that will quickly gobble up all of the new US players, advertising rates will skyrocket, and the online casinos will have to settle for a much smaller share of the US market.
