PKR, the first 3D online poker room, has announced that they will be launching a live poker event in London’s Cannon Club. PKR’s last live event was a great success, and they’ve decided to return to the United Kingdom for a second time. This gives the PKR players a chance to put away their 3D avatar and play some live poker against real people. The PKR poker event will take place from May 7th till the 9th with a $500 main event, a $150 side event, and sit-n-go tournaments.

Their will be a PKR poker party right before the live poker event gets underway. PKR is a firm favorite when it comes to online poker rooms that cator to European and Asian players. They do not accept US players, but they have some of the best online poker software in the industry.

What makes this live event different is the reduced buy-in. In previous tournaments, the main event buy-in was $1,000 but they’ve decided to reduce the buy-in to $500 for this live event.
