Sega Games Launches Playtech Online Casino

As first reported by Casino News Authority last month, Sega Games has launched their online casino using the Playtech online casino platform. Sega Games, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nikkei-listed Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. in Japan, will manage the online operations of Sega Casino and Sega Poker, both of which use the Playtech backend software along with all of the same casino games & progressive jackpots.



Sega will be introducing some of their own unique titles, such as Sonic the Hedgehog, House of the Dead, Virtual Fighter, and other popular video game titles. This new online casino is licensed by Alderney and they offer their own SegaPass e-wallet platform. Unfortunately, due to the UIGEA, this casino is not open to US players.



Sega Casino offers an assortment of player facilities including 24/7 support,
a loyalty points program, a player community, and even web-based gambling.
