Playtech Online Casinos With Angry Casino Advertisers

Playtech is one of the most popular online casino software providers, a publicly traded company,
and one of the first software providers to abandon the US market after the UIGEA was signed.

Unfortunately, they are involved in a controversy with casino players and affiliates. The Red Hot
Revenue affiliate program is the affiliate arm for Giant Vegas, Sierra Star, and Royal Dice Casino.
Over the last year, affiliates have been complaining that the program has not been paying them.

MicroGaming had a similiar issue with a casino affiliate program and after they put pressure on the program, the online casino group decided to switch software providers. With the Playtech issue, nothing has been done to resolve the dispute as of yet. Rumors are that the Playtech casino brand is unable to do anything to remedy the situation with their own casino operators. It’s best to stay on the good side of casino affiliates because they ultimately get the word out about online casinos, and most of the casinos want to be known for having a good reputation.

Casino software providers need to protect their image by putting measures in place that restrict
licensed operators from doing anything that may tarnish their image with players or advertisers.
