Nicaraguan Gambling Operator To Launch Online Casino

Beneficial Holdings, a company which has rapidly acquired assets within the land-based casino industry in South America, is branching out to the online casino industry. They want to partner with an existing online gambling company, but they aren’t releasing any names of prospective partners. Beneficial’s initial plan was to setup in Costa Rica but with tightened regulations, they moved to Nicaragua.



Beneficial is now desiring a joint venture which would operate under an existing license. They would oversee the operation, using their brands and standards of design, and pay the vendor a commission in the range of 25 percent. Company officials say negotiations should be complete by the beginning of November, and then the Internet gambling site could be operational within the next two months.



Beneficial already has an affiliate relationship with Virgin Games, which will continue until they’ve found a new partner. This partnership is similiar to affiliate partnerships where the online casino develops a unique skin for the affiliate to promote, but in this case, Beneficial will actually oversee the online casino operations.
