NBA Champ Tony Parker Signs With Online Poker Room

The NBA Champ, Tony Parker has just signed a three year deal to represent the BetClic online poker room. BetClic is an online poker room that focuses on European poker players. Tony will now join Marcel Desailly, Stefan Effenberg, and other well-known sports figures at the site. BetClic recruited Tony Parker because he was a basketball player from a French national team until he turned pro and decided to enter the NBA draft in 2001. He signed with the San Antonio Spurs and helped them win three NBA championships. He was named NBA Finals MVP in 2007.

For those outside of basketball, Tony is best known for his marriage to the Desperate Housewives star, Eva Longoria. He has participated in a number of charity poker events and he’s even played in the World Series of Poker tournament. This french-based company just recently added Expekt and Everest Poker to its list of gaming properties while recruiting famous athletes.
