Kahnawake Reservation & Antigua Form Online Gambling Partnership

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission and the caribbean island nation of Antigua are going to form a partnership. This partnership will begin in September and license holders in Antigua will gain access to the wider bandwidth and tech services offered by Mohawk Internet Technologies, the company that handles online gambling operations on the Kahnawake Indian Reservation.

Antigua has been white listed by the UK Gaming Commission but this partnership will not enable Kahnawake license holders to gain the same standing with the UK gaming regulators. Kahnawake’s online gaming operations have existed for over a decade in Canada, but just recently the Canadian provinces have begun offering government owned online gambling. Kahnawake has over 50 licensees while Antigua currently has only about a dozen.
