A minor earthquake with a 3.6 magnitude rocked Washington DC and the surrounding area on Friday morning. It was strong enough to cause a flurry of 911 calls from frightened residents. This earthquake was centered north of Rockville, MD. This wasn’t a major earthquake, but it comes as a surprise to people in the Washington DC area that never expected one. Some of the country’s most powerful politicians are in the Washington DC area. It should be expected that Americans are hoping that this minor earthquake was able to shake the brain cells in the tiny brains of politicians in Washington DC enough to realize that online gambling should be regulated.

A 3.6 earthquake may be the jolt that some politicians need to realize that they should listen to their constituents and do what is in the best interest of the people without being influenced by special interests, political organizations, their own radical ideas, or anti-gambling lobbyists.
