Every news story that is published at Casino News Authority tells it how it is from a
pro-gambling perspective. Nothing is censored or sugar coated for our intended audience.
Every news story posted is available to anyone that visits the web site from anywhere.
This is not YouTube. On YouTube, you can only watch videos if the content provider
accepts viewers from the country or geographic region where your ISP is located. It
has nothing to do with censorship and it’s really not the fault of YouTube. Basically,
YouTube allows content owners (ie: motion picture studios, etc.) to offer their content
to viewers but some of these content providers only want to reach an audience in certain
regions of the world. They are willing to offer their content to YouTube as long as
only a certain region of people are able to access the videos, leaving others in the dark.
A good example is the Winter Olympics category at YouTube. US visitors cannot watch
any of the Winter Olympics clips because NBC holds the license to all
Winter Olympics video clips within the United States, and US citizens must tune
into NBC to watch anything that remotely relates to the Winter Olympic games.
With video sites and even some news organizations restricting content from viewers
in certain regions of the world, we want to make it clear that every news story
posted on our site is available to everyone in any country with Internet access.
The only censorship of our news resource would come from privacy software or
possibly government entities that don’t approve of the content that is provided.
