BetEd Voids Online Casino Payment

online casino error

BetEd, a popular online gambling site, has voided $15,090 in casino winnings
from two players by citing a software malfunction. One player was betting on
baccarat and ran his balance up to $10,068. BetEd voided the winnings and
credited the winner with $220 in credits for his play leading to the error.

BetEd says that their was a programming error, but the software operated
as it was programmed. Neither player did anything to manipulate the software
and the winnings were a result of errors on the part of BetEd’s programmers.

Their is no excuse for voiding the winnings when a player legitimately wins.
Any programming error is at the fault of the casino, and they should be held
accountable for their own errors, by paying out the winnings to the players.

CNA requests that BetEd make the right decision and pay these players, and
we request that our readers refrain from playing at BetEd until further
notice, because their failure to pay could be part of a bigger problem.
